We are Mr and Mrs Holyoak, My name is Qiong and my husband’s name is Daniel. We have been married for just over a year now. Since being together we have always had a dream to build our own business knowing that our love bond and marriage would be the foundation for its success.

It was when we decided to get married that we first discovered where our interest and the kind of business we knew we wanted to build our future around. We started a search to find me a wedding dress but were left very disappointed with the level of service we received in the majority of bridal shops we visited.

Eventually we found a shop that could offer us that magical touch in the form of the way they managed our whole shopping for a wedding dress experience. We believed that it is a special time for an engaged couple. There were a couple of shops that did provide the service every bride should get when trying to find their dream dress.

But overall we were left dissatisfied which led to us to think about opening a wedding shop where we can give the service we feel each bride and groom and family deserves to experience.

Daniel having left his job in the retail sector of fourteen years and I finished my degree in business management and also spending time working within the retail industry, we thought this was the ideal time and right business to open a shop.

So while Daniel studied aspect of the business, I went off to spend some months in a bridal factory watching them make the dresses and understand how they are structured so that I could understand which dress can suit which body type, I also spent time with experts within the bridal industry to learn everything needed to know to give the best level off service possible.

During this time with the experts and designers they were impressed by my ability to choose the right dresses to keep in stock that would give customers the best value for money.

Our main aim was to not only help the brides try their dresses on, But also to give them the best possible customer service that we did not get as we firmly believe that the service you get and how special you are treated makes the experience memorable which is how it should be so we hope we can play a part in making your dream wedding come true.
